Knowing what to do during an emergency helps our students and staff respond quickly, calmly and safely. As part of La Joya ISD’s Standard Response Protocol (SRP), EVACUATE is used when everyone needs to leave the building and move to a designated safe location.

During an evacuation, students should follow instructions and leave belongings behind if necessary, while staff guide students to the evacuation location and account for everyone. 🎒➡️🏫

Saber qué hacer durante una emergencia ayuda a nuestros estudiantes y personal a responder de manera rápida, tranquila y segura. Como parte del Protocolo de Respuesta Estándar (SRP) de La Joya ISD, una EVACUACIÓN se utiliza cuando todos deben salir del edificio y dirigirse a un lugar seguro designado.

Durante una evacuación, los estudiantes deben seguir las instrucciones y dejar sus pertenencias si es necesario, mientras que el personal dirige a los estudiantes al lugar de evacuación y se asegura de que todos estén presentes. 🎒➡️🏫
